Love the look of Oak Barn  holiday cottage. Not a problem! We offer a low occupancy discount when the amount of guests is lower than the amount it sleeps.

The discount is automatically applied when booking online, and only the guests named in the booking can stay in the property – only one discount can be used at a time.

Please note that For low occupancy not all the rooms are serviced, hence the discount
